Probably. The nice thing about blockgames is they generally have low unit density (i.e., not a lot of pieces).

How complex are these games?

Not too difficult.

What is the production quality of the blocks?

Very good. They come as blank blocks (in the various colors) and stickers – you put the stickers on the blocks to make the playing pieces. There are excess blocks, so you can cull out any that are substandard.
