It gets updated fairly regularly, so yes, it's supported. Haven't tried it yet, but I'm due to oversee a campaign this year, so may give it a go.

An update of the free Berthier Campaign Manager software (Version 9.2) has been released.

This is a major update with a number of significant changes:

  1. Terrain colors are now editable from within Berthier.
  2. The GridMap utility has been rewritten.
  3. The included BMP viewer Viewer.exe has been rewritten.
  4. Berthier Help is now provided as a standard Windows help file (CHM file).
  5. Berthier now has up to 27 units per army.
  6. Zip program used with Berthier has changed.
