Wadi and gulch

Lasercut wadi (Middle East), gulch or dry riverbed (MidWest) – suitable for 6mm to 10mm scale wargaming for vehicles or larger scales for figs – 3mm MDF. Compatible with my road set, canal set, and soon-to-be-released river set.

Lasercut patterns in PDF, AI and SVG formats to mass produce various shaped and length sections of dual layer wadis, gulches and dry rivines. I use 3mm or ⅛" MDF or you may use similar lasercut materials for these with the downloaded template, which is sized for Arch C (18 x 24 inch). I use dollar store bamboo skewers to align the parts and trim them to size, flush with the bottom and top of the terrain piece, before applying fillers, dirt, rocks, flock, etc. There is a decent safety margin around these templates so that your laser doesn't run off and try to bang around the edges. With the right apps (Inkscape, Illustrator, etc.), you can likely extract individual cuts to reconfigure on a different-sized sheet. You will need at least two of the included 6mm road alignment keys to do the road-wadi/gulch crossing cut.
