They look really great. The line just needs cavalry for the armies.

It would be cool to try the Command Decision WW1 scenarios using these figures!

We are very pleased to expand our 1914 World War I range in 15mm scale with the British Expeditionary Force. A small army, but one which made all the difference in that fateful year.

We have seven codes for these, more than any other army, that due to the fact that the British Army's regulation requiring mustaches be worn was greatly disliked, and as images from 1914 make clear, at times disregarded even among the professional forces of the "Old Contemptibles" (as the handful of survivors of those cataclysmic battles would call themselves).

To permit the gamer to field his forces as per regulation, or to mix in men without the "dot and dash," we have done two variants of each pack of ratings, one with mustaches and one without.

BEF 1914 Advancing (Without Mustache)

BEF19141a

BEF 1914 Advancing (With Mustache)

BEF19141

BEF 1914 Shooting (Without Mustache)

BEF19142a

BEF 1914 Shooting (With Mustache)

BEF19142

BEF Infantry Command (Two officers, Four NCOs, All with Mustache)

BEF19143

BEF 1914 Maxim Machinegun & Crew

BEF19144

BEF 1914 13/18 Pounder Field Gun

BEF19145

Please note that the field gun comes with both cannon inserts so that either weapon may be fielded (the 13 pounder was more common in 1914).

The models are available now, at the link below.

Sculpted by Mike Broadbent, painted by Steve Dean. Mother Russia beckons us and the Slavic Legions are being made now!
