Comments or corrections?

We received the following from Steve Tulk (xab92@dial.pipex.com), chairman of NLWG Publications:

Could you please correct the entry for L'Empereur in your list of current in-print Napoleonic Wargame rules?

L'Empereur (current edition V4.2) is published by NLWG Publications, not Table Top Games. The rules were first published by our club in October 1969, well before Table Top Games came on the scene. North London Wargames Group has been holding public meetings since 1965 and is the oldest public Wargames club in the UK. The rules are available in the U.S. from Brookhurst Hobbies.

Table Top Games are illegally using this name and have been advised to cease and desist all use of this name, as it is the property of NLWG Publications and protected by copyright. UK legal proceedings are now under way to recover damages, as they have made commitments to cease use that has clearly not been honoured.

We have corrected the Napoleonic Rules page to correctly show both games, and will move the Table Top game to the "out of print" section once the legal proceedings have been successfully concluded.
