I also write a column for Miniature Wargames (and take the odd snap). In addition to that, I've been a writer of rule systems pretty much all of my gaming life (the most recent being Hammer's Slammers: The Crucible which is 80% my work, writing wise, and all my own work, design, layout etc). I have written articles and magazine columns for over 30 years. I model and paint stuff. As a professional graphic designer, I photograph and illustrate the things I write. I was intimately involved in running the Salute show for nearly thirty years but am not currently involved with that. I love good SF (current faves being Hammer's Slammers, original Trek and works of Gerry Anderson but many others too), fantasy (particularly the Lord of the Rings) and historical gaming from ancients to ultra modern.
