Normans a good starter army or reinforcements/allies for an existing army, could be used as Normans, Spanish, early Crusaders, or allies for many armies like Byzantines, Moors, etc.:
1 box of Conquest Norman cavalry (12 figures still on the sprue plus 1 casualty figure)
25 metal Gripping Beast Norman infantry, including a musician and a Saga warlord with axe (1st Crusade warlord), all bare metal
some Old Glory Normans including 4 cavalry and 6 archers, all bare metal
$50 USD for 12 cavalry, 25 infantry, throwing the Old Glory in for free

Eastern Europe Army mainly from the Old Glory 'Mongols in Europe' range, plus some very nice Mirilton Russians. Could be used as Poles, Hungarians, Russians, Serbians, or enemies or allies of many armies. All bare metal/unpainted unless otherwise specified:
10 Hungarian knights, mix of ME-21 and 22 Hungarian knights with axes and maces/flails
1 bag ME-39 Hungarian mounted Command and war bishop (9 mounted plus 3 foot figures)
1 bag ME-23 Hungarian mounted retainers (10)
1 bag ME-28 Cumans (10)
30 ME-31 Polish Armored Infantry
30 ME-33 Eastern Europe peasant infantry with bows
30 ME-34 Eastern Europe peasant infantry with spears (comes with a bag of Old Glory javelins)
30 Mirilton Russian infantry (mix of archers, axemen, and open hands, supplied with weapons and shields)
1 Old Glory trebuchet with 8 crew
All for $140 USD about 39 cavalry, 1 trebuchet and crew, and 123 infantry

Small Mongol Army, all unpainted Old Glory:
10 ME-2 Mongol light cavalry with bow
30 Mongol and Korean infantry (mix of archers, spearmen, command figures, etc.) mix of ME-7, 8, and 9 (Mongol auxiliary foot archers, auxiliary spearmen, and foot command)
All for $30 USD

Eastern Renaissance Army can be used with Poles, Tranylvanians, Cossacks, Muscovites, or allies or enemies of other armies. Everything is bare metal unless otherwise specified:

6 Old Glory Muscovite artillery crew plus 1 pile of bags, barrels, etc.
