For sale. Diorama of Battle of Cape St. Vicent at 1797.
The diorama is inspired by the picture of the author Antonio de Brugada Vila. The diorama represents the battle of Cape St. Vincent at 1797, moment when the Spanish ship Infante Don Pelayo of 74 guns comes to the rescue of the Spanish ship Santisima Trinidad of 140 guns which had been dismasted by british ships. The story tells that the captain of the Infante Don Pelayo forced the captain of the Santisima Trinidad to up the flag again or he would open fire on him to to sink it before falling into British hands.
The diorama is formed by four ships from Langton miniatures.
