This latest model has been made by Mr. Bob First, the originator of the "Rum Runners!" models currently sold out (but being restocked!) at TVAG.

Like the immortal, if retired, Richard Houston's, Bob's models are solid wood, with heave gauge wire railings, though with equally solid superstructure. That is, the wheelhouse, holds, and other structures on this model are not accessible, though still perfectly suited for war games/RPG's in 25/28mm.

The model is 24" long, 3.5" wide, and is 4" to the top of the wheelhouse, 7" to the top of the stack. She comes with a separate deck gun for war time use. The masts are removable for transport, but there are
connection points permitting rigging, if so desired. The hand carved lifeboats and davits are also removable.

Because the model is solid with no opening portions, it is considerably less expensive than comparable
Houston designs at $125.00 USD, plus postage (the latter will have to be calculated then billed to the buyer).

These models are always in demand, so strike while the boilers are hot and purchase this excellent addition to your hobby collection by E-mailing

When buying, you are welcome to specify your choice of national flag to fly and a port of registry to
emblazon across her stern. Any reasonable name will also be added to her bows, truly making this your own!

Well, folks, that WAS fast!

A quick witted Gentleman claimed her within about half an hour of posting, so I'm afraid this boat has already sailed, indeed.

If it's any consolation, more such models are in the pipe, and a rather remarkable card stock submarine model recently completed will be made available via PDF's as soon as the photos have been taken.

Thanks for looking in, anyway, but keep your eyes open for the next opportunity.

This will be just the thing to send after such freighters
