We have the following 28mm First world war infantry figures for sale. Proceeds, again, will go to our soon to start, painting class for the kids.

These figures are very much "pro painted", and My husband has informed me that if he played this period, these would be going nowhere, LOL.

The figures are very nicely based, and I would like to sell them as a set, which includes 192 foot soldiers and 7 Tripod mounted Machine guns with crews.

They are(except the Americans)early war period.

85 Germans infantry
2 Maxims with 2 man crew
7 field command

34 French infantry
2 command figures
2 tripod mounted Machine guns with crew

33 British infantry
3 command figures
2 Vickers machine guns with crew

24 US infantry
4 command figures
1 Vickers machine gun and crew

I'd like $3 USDper figure, and with the paintwork alone, I think this is what I can get on ebay. Buyer pays postage.

pm offers here or at my email address shirleylyn1@aol.com

These are figures from collection my husband inherited with includes many thousands of miniatures and many hundreds of books which were never opened. Any questions, please ask. Thanks!shirley

Best of luck Shirley. Wargamers are among the cheapest people on the planet.

Thank you, Tom.

And it certainly does'nt help that I very recently found that "some wargamers" seem to get very vindictive if I tell them their "bid" is too low.

Had that happen last night, and I'm still shocked that "adults" could be so nasty over toy soldiers.

If anyone wants to make a honest offer, please feel free to do so. I have been insulted over the price we were asking, and I don't feel right that grown men would try to take advantage of a woman.

A woman trying to sell some miniatures for a childrens painting class.
