Eleven sets of System 7 counters. These have been out of print for many years.

System 7 counters are for use in playing Napoleonic Wargames. Essentially a System 7 counter works the same way a base of infantry or cavalry can be used. The Counters have the advantage of being the 'correct' depth for the unit in question. This avoids problems often encountered with miniatures because the depth of a stand has to accommodate the miniature figures.

Counters for the French, French Old Guard, British, Spainish, Austrian and French Allied armies are included in the mix. I do believe there are some Russian counters as well -- these (the Russians) were not complete when I bought them.

Those that play Shako or Shako II would find these counters perfect for that rules set because the game revolves around 'stands' of miniatures. With these counters you just substitute a 'counter' for a 'stand' and you are ready to go.

These counters were sealed in their storage trays many years ago. They appear to be in good condition. I cannot guarantee every counter is present. I will represent I have gamed with these counters in the past and I do not remember any being missing (other than the Russians noted above) -- where the units are concerned. There were a number of counters that had nothing to do with the military units -- I did not retain these counters.

The storage trays are included in this transaction.
