I am selling these on behalf of his daughter. The Jackson Miss Gaming club has all the figures. This is just some of the figures that are for sell. Most are not on eBay but will be unless someone is interested in buying them. The money is for Christy Brom his surviving child. The money will go to help her and to get "The Sword and Flame" rule book back up for sell. The figures are old. Some from the 1960's. It is going to a worthy cause. She really needs help. The figures are 30mm but older and would work with Old Glory 25'S size figures. British Highlanders auction Prussian Infantry. auction |

Hmph. These are a piece of wargaming history! 30mm scale and 20 (removeable?) castings per element looks as though they might date to pre-CLS Dayton rules. I remember castings like that being described as "the old way" in the late 1960's. |

I will let some of the other Jackson Gamers speak to it but one of the gamers did say some of the figures were from the 60's. After setting them up and looking at them they should be able to be removed. The bases are thin balsa wood or carboard. There are complete armies. These are just a few. |

I'm not interested in the figures, but what help does she need getting the rules published? Do you want a new one Dev? |

Dave. There is a guy in Florida who is updating the original Sword and Flame. He is trying to mode the 20th anniversary version to the 40th anniversary version. They are also fixing the issues with a lot of the questions they have gotten over the years. As far as money goes, she will need money to get the rules to print plus she has no other income to live on. She really needs help. The Jackson Gamers and others in NC and Florida has been helping her. As far as the figures goes it is a way to raise the money. He has tons of figures. |
