I'm interested in purchasing a hot wire foam cutter, but don't have one yet, so in the interim, is there anyone here that has one, and can cut some cylinders, or disks for me, for a reasonable price?

I see on eBay people are selling foam bricks and tiles, but don't see any disks there.

Ideally, I'd like some cylinders in 3" or 4" thick expanded polystyrene foam board (the hard, rigid stuff for those that are unfamiliar with it).

If you don't have those thicknesses, I could go with some 2", or 1" thick disks instead, in order to be able to build up some cylinders by stacking them, as long as they're nicely cut with a hot-wire cutter (no free-hand cuts please, since I can do those myself).

Ideally, I'm looking at the following measurements and quantites, or a combination to make them:

2 x 4" tall cylinders x 3" in diameter

2 x 1" thick disks x 3.5" in diameter

2 x 4" tall cylinders x 2.5" in diameter

2 x 1" thick disks x 3" in diameter

4 x 3" tall cylinders x 2" in diameter

4 x 1" thick disks x 2.5" in diameter

Obviously, if you don't have some of the thicker XPS stock, you can swap out thinner stuff to make the required number of disks to produce the various cylinders, if necessary. I would prefer though, to get these produced from thicker stock, if at all possible, so I don't have to perform a lot of assembly from a bunch of thin disks.

I'm located in the USA, and would prefer a US supplier, in order to keep shipping charges down. West Coast zipcode.
