In 1999, Target Games went into bankruptcy proceedings, sold off its interactive division (computer games) to form Paradox Entertainment, then sold its adventure gaming division (miniatures) to Paradox (while keeping ownership of the intellectual property).

Holds marketing license for Heavy Gear.

Former publisher of Chronopia and Warzone. Still owns the rights to these gaming universes, but has licensed them to Paradox Entertainment.

Also formerly produced a line of resin terrain items (including items originally produced by Grendel).

The family games division was closed down in 1999, as were the U.K. offices of the adventure gaming division.
