"A few weeks ago, I mentioned that I had started work on creating a generic "Pele" (pronounced Peel) Tower for future use in my next planned 28mm figure collection - a Border Reivers skirmish level Family or "Clan" (although that description is not quite right for Lowlanders in my opinion, it does seem to be used for the so called "Riding Families" like the Kerrs, Armstrongs and Elliots)..."
