"Ed Phillips made this model of a Russian ceremonial artillery wagon, see the real thing in the picture above, and I purchased it from him at this year's Seven Years War Association Convention in South Bend, Indiana. Each year, Ed brings a large number of scratch built terrain pieces and wagon models to the convention and they sell out like hotcakes."
