This is a very open scenario. The forces used can be switched around, depending on the miniatures the players have.
- Situation
The scenario was designed for the winner of the contest to introduce them and seven others to Aeronef and the miniatures from Brigade.
Introduction
Madame Stiggand and her crew of the infamous pirate ship Smoke have been heard bragging that by the end of the week they will have a treasure beyond imagining. Because her crew are normally tight-lipped, it seemed prudent to follow her activities. The forces of Belgium, Russia, Germany, Unite States, Britain, France and Japan have decided to keep tabs on her.
With this in mind, they have sent you to follow her movements. The pirate has just received a small shore vessel from the ruins on the surface. Is it something that warrants getting involved to protect her and possibly retrieve it, or sink her to prevent its capture, or just stand back to watch her demise...
Objectives
Madame Stiggand's objective is to have Smoke escape from board edge A. The other forces' objectives are to destroy Smoke.
Victory Conditions: If Smoke is destroyed, the nation that fires the deathblow wins. If Smoke leaves the board edge, then it is a victory for Madame Stiggand.
- Set-Up
-
An 8' x 4' board is recommended. Having a flat board will not be all that fun, but could be a good way to learn the rules system. The best terrain set up would be mountainous. Although any paint scheme will work, different shades of red should be used to distinguish different altitudes of the mountains. Some ruins at the location 7 on the map would also be good (if available).
The game begins with Madame Stiggand's ships placed on the map on location 7. The other forces randomly set up on the map locations 1-6.
