Classic Battletech was the first game that took me from just painting miniatures to playing games with miniatures as well. New rules come and go, but Battletech has been a constant favorite. I was thrilled that Mechs are going to be the subject for LPS2.
I followed the first LPS closely. I was impressed with the talent that was put on display, but most especially by the care that the participants put into their work and the extent to which their skills matured. I can promise that I'll use LPS2 as a chance to develop my painting skills and apply the tricks and tips that I've learned here. I enjoy contributing to TMP (I've written a Showcase article, if you want to check out my writing), and I'd like a chance to contribute to this site through LPS. I promise to provide you with informative and entertaining writeups, to meet deadlines, and to put the figures to good use. I hope you will vote for me.
