Northern Guard Regiments are normally rather strict in their organization. Sometimes, even rarely, the Northern Guard is able to adapt its organization to the mission. To take control of a southern city, the command decided to go on a doctrine less conventional than those based on the three squads of Gears. The priority level is 3 to reflect the importance of the mission and provide the necessary flexibility in terms of auxiliary.

The Task Force is based on the joint and coordinated action of three distinct groups:

1. Action Group: Command and light assault with the General Purpose Squad, control buildings with infantry and reconnaissance of enemy positions with the Recon Squad
2. Insertion Group: Two airdroppables units to capture distant objectives and establishing a bridgehead
3. Support Group: a standard fire support unit
