Proposed Painting Plan for Hang-Glider |
When I see this miniature I see Leonardo da Vinci meeting the Red Baron. The piece has an old-world feel with the realistic looking bat wings, the flamethrower brings it just barely into the modern age. In keeping with the current color scheme of the already painted army and the old fashioned feel I would use earth tones and natural colors on the frame of the glider and most of the components. But the pilot, this is a fellow less suited to bland color, he is a daredevil, flambouyant and just crazy enough to fly this contraption, so his clothing would reflect a little more personality. Likewise, this is his aircraft, and the flying machine has a personality of its own, to be detailed in the tail art on the back. |

This looks like a fun project, something a bit different than standard rows of troops. |
