Intimidation Doubled Contest Entry Form

This is a double-round contest in which the contestants will prove their ability to paint two challenging subjects: women and horses! In the first round, contestants will submit photos for evaluation by the TMP community. The top five in each category - Horses and Women - will advance to the final round, where they will paint identical models provided by TMP. TMP readers will then vote to determine the winners of the contest.

Deadline for Entries:

No entries will be accepted later than Monday, June 29th, 2009, midnight website time (Pacific Standard Time). All entries must be your own work, and never before published online.

How Many Times Can I Enter?

Once.

What Are The Photo Specifications?

Contestants must submit a photo of a 25/28mm model which they have painted. They can only submit to one of the two categories: women or horses. The photo should be no wider than 400 pixels, in JPG format (".jpg" extension), with a maximum file size of 50K.

How Do I Become a Finalist?

The voters will rate the quality of your work, based on your submitted photo. The five entries in each category with the highest scores will progress to the final round.

What next?

The Finalists will each receive, courtesy of TMP, identical models of a female rider (fantasy) and horse (normal). They will have six weeks to paint the model, and will submit five photos (one of 30K, four of 50K maximum size) and a write-up describing how they painted the model. The readers of TMP will then vote to select the contest winners.

Our contest sponsor is Renaissance Ink. First prize is a $50 USD gift certificate, second prize is a $30 USD gift certificate, and third prize is a $20 USD gift certificate.
