Seven Years War Prussian officer/courier/ADC. I did this as a commission piece a few years ago. Painted entirely with acrylic craft paints. Lots of 'magic wash' and paint washes and glazes used to build up the color. Satin, flat, and gloss varnishes used on various parts of the figure as appropriate. The figures are 28mm Foundry (I think), and the horse's pose was modified slightly.
