Why You Should Vote For Me:
My friend on the horse tells me he is lonely, as he is the only 54mm figure I've ever painted, and is greatly moved by the prospect of befriending a German chieftain and bringing peace to his corner of the empire.
Secondly, it was this contest that got me to quit lurking around the fringes of TMP and finally join.
And lastly, if I can collect enough 54mm figures, I can finally justify kicking the kids out of one of their rooms and turning it into my painting studio. After all, our little metal cousins need some breathing room, too.
The only 54mm figure I've ever painted (or own). A Roman cavalryman, I believe, of the early imperial period. Unfortunately, I purchased it probably twenty years ago and no longer know the manufacturer.
