You should vote for me because this couldn't possibly be a larger jump for the miniature painting I am best known for.
I am a decent painter & have worked for the past 14 months as a full time "pro" (I hate that phrase...). Whilst I paint any style & scale during my commission work, 90% is 10mm scale or smaller. I'm known in particular for high detail work on Epic 6mm figures from Games Workshop & scooped the Fanatic Award at this year's UK GD.
I can honestly say I'm not sure how I'd go about a competition-level 54mm historical figure - it's a job I'd normally pass onto one of my other associated painters! Thus this competiton will be an interesting challenge for myself, hopefully forcing me to break pretty much all my painting habits & learn something new.
