I know that Hasslefree has some nude chicks (nice, but not what I was looking for) And I know Spyglass has three figures which are more along the lines of what I was looking for
But beyond that I haven't a clue. Are there 54mm manufacturers of Fantasy figures? Walt |

Argh, sorry about the typo in the title
if only there was an editor that allowed you to fix your mistakes

Irregular has a 54mm fantasy range: irregularminiatures.co.uk (click on 54mm, then fantasy). Andrea has licensed Narnia and Astérix ranges in 54mm: link I can't remember – were the now OOP Sabertooth Games Lord of the Rings plastic figures 54mm or 40-something mm? |

The Sabertooth LotR stuff was 35-to-40-ish. Nowhere close to the size of the Inquisitor stuff (which is 54mm "SF") but certainly larger than anything else GW or it's affiliates produce(d). |

Speaking of which, a *few* of the Inquisitor models would, with weapon swaps, make very nice fantasy minis. Rather on the expensive side, though

Check this out
link Wish I knew where to buy that
I've been somewhat interested in getting into 54mm, just for show pieces, but it's hard to find manufacturers in that scale. Very often, those minis are ridiculously expensive, and many of them really just aren't any good. Good luck, though! If you find something good, please let the rest of us know! |

We have about 22 54mm female generics but had some problems with the second mold. I am in the prosses of working it out and getting the 54mm males ready as well. David Soderquist Bronze Age Miniatures. |

If you willing to shell out cash, there are loads of grogeous fantasy minis in 1/32nd made by tradtional model companies. Maybe Phoenix (does alot of nude types), Verlinden, etc. Check out some companies that make the high end modeler type pieces. Often these companies have some Frazetta inspired pieces. If you are looking for cheap mass battle stuff in plastic, check out Big Lots, etc. I have found skeletons and other types on blister cards for $1. USD Ebay often has figures from playsets made by DFC (Dimensions for Children). This company made cheap plastic playsets in the 80's, that look like the old Monster manual type nasties. |

I cannot recall who made then, but I have 5 or 6 54mm LotR figures that are cast metal and pre-painted. I have three Orcs, one Rohirrim mounted and one on foot, and one of the Guards of the White Tree. I am pretty sure that they also had two more mounted Rohirrim (Théoden and Éomer), a mounted Knight of Minas Tirith and Faramir, a couple of Boromirs (one in Fellowship, one from Osgiliath), many more Orcs, several Rohirrim Characters, and of course, the fellowship. But, looking at the bottom of my figures, I see that they were a limited run of 1000 each (from Weta) If I had a hundred thousand dollars to spare, I'd contact Weta to make me an army of Gondor, Rohan, and Orcs
I'm sure they would do that for a hundred grand
