Does anyone make a miniature of the Crimson Ghost? I found one on Etsy but it is made of resin so I fear it may be brittle plus it costs $12. USD Would love to have him in some pulp games.

I've been keeping an eye on Black Library's endeavours on Audible since they began testing the waters back in September by releasing a few Warhammer 40,000 titles on the platform.

As a huge fan of Black Library audiobooks (although less of a fan of the roughly £30.00 GBP price point per book) this was fantastic news for me. As it meant I could now get access to them at a much more reasonable price and if I don't like a book I could get a refund fairly easily.

Since December a few Horus Heresy titles were added that have now been expanded to cover most of the range. I recently put together an article on the Horus Heresy on Audible including a few pointers on how to get the most from an account.

Am interested to hear what other people think of Audible and what other books they'd like to see on there

Looking for a Simple boardgame on which to base my WW2 campaign tabletop battles.
Any ideas ?
(For ACW A House Divided does the job)

We game with 1/285th microarmor and thus have quite a few "high level" armored command vehicles (Dorchesters, turretless M8HMC, turretless Lee etc…), Vehicles that would not normally be distributed among platoons, at too high a level for small game involving a few platoons on each side. We basically end up using them as cannon fodder. Would like to do something more appropriate with them.
Anybody do anything interesting with their high level command vehicles in small battles?
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!

I do not see anything on their website catalogue for this any more, but seems like they just had them recently?

Did they get dropped already? I thought Mongoose had them until 2016, then Warlord has them now?

Confusing…big series in UK / EU, has good rules, always seems to be struggling as a miniatures game.

Just what the title says.

I had six of them last week, and not there's thirty two. I don't know where they're coming from. And they're getting much bigger.

Made a trip to suburban Chicago today to see Adepticon. Wow. Interestingly, this primairly sci-fi/ fantasy/ ultramodern/ post apoc con has quite a few historical products dealers in their very large dealers' area. Also HMGS-M and The Wargaming Company were running some historical games along with Cruscible Crush's Flint and Feather demo games.

Its only a guess, but standing in the middle of the main area, the attendee's I could see was around 600. I bet the weekend is over 3500 or so attendees.

How likely is it that at least some of the forces striking south to the oil fields might have been issued with the tropical uniforms?

Well, if you're only using fish, probably around three tons.
