Other than Foundry: TMP link Preferably without silly hats, and certainly not as zombies. Thanks. CC |

Kallistra makes some good sculpts, though some people might consider them to border on being racially offensive. I painted mine up as albinos to fill the role as "spider men" from "The Lost City." |

Unfortunately, the Eureka ones look very cartoony: link CC |

I bought some from the Adiken booth at Origins 2003 or 2004. They were Lead free pewter and more than I would have liked to pay, ($3.00 each) but they were nicely animated and masked to boot. Im not sure that Adiken does minis anymore so they may no longer be available. good hunting. |

kallistra.co.uk Vino1967, Thanks. Though, from the tiny pictures on their site (listed under 28mm Fantasy), it is hard to see if the Kallistra pygmies have actually been sculpted that way, or if whoever painted them added those features with paint. CC |

Conquest makes zombie pygmies. |

And then I reread the original post. Sorry. |

I have only seen the cartoony type from Conquest, Kallistra and GZG Perhaps some Zulus form smaller scale or ranges might work? |
altfritz | 09 Apr 2006 6:01 a.m. PST |
There is a range of old Citadel Zombies. But they are also caricatures. Foundry does the best IMO. |
Alxbates | 09 Apr 2006 7:33 a.m. PST |
Certainly NOT as zombies? Why not? What's wrong with pygmy zombies? :) |
Alxbates | 09 Apr 2006 7:33 a.m. PST |
I mean, other than that they're flesh-hungry abominations, what's wrong with them? |
GypsyComet | 09 Apr 2006 10:59 a.m. PST |
Old Citadel PYGMIES, maybe? Yes, they were caricatures. Marvelous for all that, though

Here's a list of companies that make (or used to make) Pygmies: Citadel Foundry Fenryll (French; link Kallistra (http://www.kallistra.co.uk/) Excaliber Miniatures (http://www.excalibur-miniaturen.de/excal_e/exca_eng.htm) Eureka Miniatures (http://www.eurekamin.com.au) |

Thanks. Those Excaliber pypmies (listed with their Fantasy figures) are totally new to me! link I think they are the most outrageously cartoonish ones of the lot. CC |

Would 15mm (or 20mm) full-sized Africans or other indigenous people be usable, CC? As long as they didn't have out-of-scale firearms or the like, I mean. (If anyone makes any.) |

Here are the Citadel pigmies : link |

Major bit of thread Necromancy here, but with Foundry ones not available on the website, does anyone apart from Kallistra and Eureka make 28mm pygmies ? |
Poniatowski | 28 Apr 2014 4:53 a.m. PST |
I did not see Old Glory here? Their pygmies are very nice. I am sure that they are still in production. I bought them for my "Big Game Hunt" using .45 Adventures

What surprises me about this thread is that it seems there have been at least as many (if not more) lines of zombie pygmie miniatures manufactured, than miniatures of live pygmies
that's somewhat disturbing. |
