Before Christmas I painted up a Civet Grav tank from DLD. A great model really nice fit Packed well .a five star kit and really well priced . I was very proud of the four color Camoflage and I took some pictures and E mailed them to DLD . A couple of weeks ago I get this E mail from DLD (Dave) saying that he had gone through old e mails and found my pictures. He told me he loved the paint job but the kit provided base was poor and he did not like it. So he sent me the new one from the raven APC. I have painted that and will send pictures off to him. I have the Kamado APC and the quality on that is great too. I was very shocked by DLD and the very neat thing he did , he has a customer for life with me and I will tel everyone who will listen. |

I'll second that, David is really an outstanding businessman. He truly understands the meaning of "customer service". I've been completely satisfied with the over $100 worth of vehicles I've bought from him. I'll keep on buying new kits as he makes them. David also went out of his way to provide giveaways for a convention I ran a few years ago. Just imagine if every company in the gaming industry was as well run as DLD ... |

More praise from me: He's been totally up front with his delivery times, and very prompt in his communications. When one of my orders wasn't cast to his satisfaction, he emailed me and asked if I'd mind a short delay while he recast new pieces for me. Then he sent a gift certificate along with my order to make up for the inconvenience. All that would be meaningless, of course, if it weren't for the fact that his kits are just exquisite. They also come with *fully illustrated* instruction booklets, with extremely detailed instructions that are perfect for the novice modeller. I'll stop now before I start sounding like a shill. Thanks Dave! Other Dave |

First I want to say, glad as all get out that Mr. Arlauskas is safe and sound. Didn't know if you were going to be able to email folks Ted, being in the A.O. (Area of Operations) Second, I want to thank all of you for the kind comments. I'm not really good at taking compliments. (Very little practice, young in life) I sorta shuffle my feet around and fidget with something, and try and not look too embarassed. I treat all of my customers the same. As my friends. I try my very hardest to make the very best product that I can. At the most reasonable prices possible. I work by myself 98.9% of the time. I do all of the R&D, mold making, trimming, boxart, instruction sheets, and website, myself. The real treat for me, is to get pics from you folks of the kits you assembled and painted. That's the real deal. That's the way it should be, instead of the bottom line, "So, how much can we gouge people this month." A lot of companies have forgotten the one main thing in business. The customer. Without customers like yourselves, I wouldn't be in business. I will continue to turn out the best products I can, and will always treat my customers as my friends. Thank you! David |
