When several french clubs put their buildings together for the 4th scenario of a Legends of the old West campaign, you've got a big, big town.

These are superb! I'd like to see hand-painted signs rather than the computer generated ones. It would have a more western feel. The signs on Deadwood always crack me up.

Wow, those are some NICE buildings! Sometime in the near future I'll try to lay out every building I've got and see how big a town I can make. While running Gutshot Adventures, most of the time I try to create smaller towns because it limits movement and forces the Characters to interact quickly and get the action going.

But I gotta tell ya, seeing those buildings does put a bug in my craw about seeing just how big a tow I could set up…

Oh, and I loved those little sacks of flour set up outside the store. Those were just cool.

CombatPainter: yes,I'm french, nobody's perfect! About LotOW, there's a strong base of players in existing clubs.

IMHO, the main problem to start playing LotOW is the large number of buildings that you need for many scenarios. It's quite easy to paint a posse of 5-8 guys but far more difficult for many people to have the same number of buildings.

I'm trying to design paper buildings but I don't reach the final stage yet, only drafts.

Great buildings and an exciting town layout. It makes me want to start a game right now. Thank you, SgtPerry for showing us the town.
By the way speaking of buildings. I just got my order in from Arnica and the pieces look great and came through the mail well. Mike was wonderful on his communication of the process. A great place to get many buildings and to be able to easily alter standard buildings into many formats.

Can someone enlightened give me a clue as to what colour French flag poles were painted or is any old colour the norm? I read on TMP discussion cant remember which one and searching revealed nothing, that they were blue?

Thanks

Cole

Well, mon Sergeant, I thought it was strange if you as a Frenchman did not know that….. ;-)

Does this mean there are two SgtPerry's? Are you in fact Schizophrenic? Has there been a bizarre experiment on the VSF message board that has spilled over into this one?

We need to know!
