I'm fortunate to have a man cave that is about 1500 square feet with a complete kitchen and bath. The previous owner left his pool table which I'm converting to my semi-permanent gaming table.

Part of the destroyed town with a bunker.

Collective farm

Large bunker with mortar pit built into the side of a hill.

I'll be posting additional photos until it is finished.

I have the rules for my combined arms WWII to modern game pretty much finished so I'll be using this for game play video examples.

I also have a collection of hex tiles to set up a desert/N. Africa board and amphibious landings or Remagen Bridge. These were given to me so I cannot take any creative credit other than assembling them. They appear to be from the late 1980's and early 1990's.

They are for micro and 1/144 scale which is fine for me as I have an extensive collection of both. The scale for micro armor is one hex = 100m and 1/144 scale one hex = 50m.

The tiles are removable which is going to be great for hiding units (info card, not models).

What I'm envisioning for this setup is a German defense in Western Ukraine with the Russians attacking.

With this facility you will find you have many friends. Sounds as though you have a remarkable collection of scenarios to game, as well.

We must see more as it develops!

Having a big place to game is no guarantee people will be interested.
