"I've always thought of 3d printing as a bit of a cult. Online discussion of prices inevitably drawing out the intoned mantra of, "printer goes brrr," and any skepticism expressed towards the application of printing being the best outcome in every circumstance being set upon by a teeming horde of zealots determined to shout down (and probably burn) the heretic…"

I would scoff at the lines, but GW are printing masters these days.

At least it looks more authentic.

But people like to buy things.

There have been GW alternatives longer then there has been GW.

Even now they are selling 90s plastic skeletons, even though there are a bazillion skeletons going back decades still available new to buy.

And that's not including 3d printing.

I feel 3d printing has had its day, if you didn't blink.

Most people are over it and will just buy products as usual.

Manufacturers may use it, or not.

Plastic doesn't use it, metal and resin doesn't have to.

It's only printed parts themselves that require it, or the odd pre mould prototype.

The glut of stuff is there in files for those who want it. More will be added. Most don't care.

It's been fad Vs brand.

Brand will win.

GW skeletons, or some liney no name.

Hmm…

Tough choice.
