Just a couple of CincyCon 2026 Updates and Deadline Announcements!

Once again, Our Vendor Hall is now completely sold out!
Thank you so much to so many Great Vendors!

To date, we have 128 events and tournaments submitted and they will continue to populate our website as we assign them time slots and table numbers.

PLEASE CONTINUE to submit your events!

ALSO the Deadline to Submit Events is Jan 31st at Midnight.

The Deadline for Pre-registered Attendee Badge sales and registering for event playing slots is Feb 7th at Midnight. As always we offer on-site Badge Sales.

Also important to note…. Hotel Room blocks have limited space so if you are traveling and want a great rate at the closest hotels, Please do not delay in reserving your rooms.

Finally I want to remind any of our Flea Market Table presenters that we have our normal limited number of tables that can be pre-ordered on our website. First registered- first reserved so please do not delay.
