(with apologies to Otis Redding). I'm sitting on a comfortable chair on the deck at the back of my house. I have a cup of excellent coffee (Brazilian Arabica which for some reason dropped in price by 20% a few months ago) & I'm reading Nero Wolfe. The temperature is a pleasant 27(c) with blue skies & bird song from the trees. This morning I finished the last figure needed for our mega-SYW game at the Brisbane Gaming, Hobby & Model Expo. It's on the weekend of the 22nd of November at the RNA Showgrounds (drop by & say hello). ghmx.com.au We have a final practice game this Saturday – not really needed but it'll be fun. Life is good. |

Yes, thanks for the heads-up. I wasn't aware of this at all, and will be around for it, so that's good. #1 Daughter is interested, so I guess it's decided. |

Excellent work in getting it all ready, mate. I hope it goes better than you hope. |

Piker. I'm estimating only about a 36 hour drive (say a tad under 36,000 ks from Darwin to Brisbane). |

3582km to be precise last time I did it; took me 2 days. Mind you that was when NT had open speed limits; now we have to sit at 130 its quicker to walk. I am starting to talk myself into it though. |
