For those who like the idea of conducting military campaigns, I have finished the map of 17th century Germany. It is now available at this blog, courtesy of the esteemed Anton Ryzbak: link You can also contact me directly at my email, gallocelt@yahoo.com if you would rather have me email you the map. Please make sure that your email allows you to receive images that are 8.1 M. The map measures about 2 feet by three feet and is overlaid with a hex pattern to facilitate movement and measurement for simulated military campaigns. I hope a few out there will find it useful. Cheers!

What does he plan to do with it? Publish it? I am not real sure you posted it to the right board. But what a wonderful thing. I love maps. |

Hello Old Contemptible, I admit that I posted the notice to the War of the Spanish Succession Message Board as a second thought. I believe the map is useful for all the wars of Louis XIV, including the War of the Spanish Succession. It might even be of use for the SYW. I made this version of the map to be distributed freely. One can either download it from Anton's blog or email me directly and I will simply email you the map. The file size is 8.1 M. The map was not made to be "published" or sold. It is free. Cheers!
