I've emailed them concerning an order from January and have received no reply, is this usual??

They are not always that responsive being a small business running many ranges and starting to discontinue some as retirement approaches. I thin Redoubt and another range ends this year and SHQ and Kennington next year, then eventually the rest?

The best way to contact him is via the contact form on the web-site. I last heard from him about an order a week ago.

Generally overseas orders and emails get missed, it's been an ongoing thing sadly. UK seem to have no trouble.

Sadly, my list of companies that don't answer e-mails is growing! Cough, cough, Black Tree. Cough cough!

Have to agree. Always had a good relationship with Irregular. Had a problem with my last order. Contacted them several times. Heard nothing back.

You could always try phoning Andy.

I gave up, and found what I wanted from Eureka in Australia.. I totally understand the slide to retirement …. but best to be upfront about it.

I did as well, did a Paypal refund and bought bits and pieces from ebay and elsewhere instead. A shame really.
