Hi all, does anyone do good 28mm Russian figures in Berets? I would very much like to do a team!
Thanks! |

I used the Mercenary Fire Team from Foundry for my Russian team. Not completely accurate, but close enough for me.

Norrins' team appears to be wearing Swiss Alpenflage camouflage pattern pants with their telnyashki and berets. link I like the look a lot. If I could paint stripes, I might do the same. Maybe I'll just go with plain blue. |

Patrick Miniatures on Etsy has a great collection of modern forces, including Russians and "Zona Alpha" minis that would work well: link

Those look like they would work. |

Thanks for the helpful replies, I have found plenty of Russians online with helmets, but in SG-1 they seem to use berets universally. I think I may have to modify some modern Russians with head replacements?

I went with Elheim's Little Green Men range. Lovely figures in God's Own Scale. |

Badger Games – Mongrel miniatures – VDV airborne. They have several different VDV with beret packs. More on second page. link |

AAGH! Col Durnford, they would have been a good choice, except for the fact I am in the UK and postage would be so high! I will keep them in mind however…! |
