Today we revisited my new Dr Who rules for another playtest! My (fairly long) report on the two games is on my blog, of course, at this link
Enjoy! |

Don't worry, I think we worked all the bugs yesterday, I think I was being a bit rigid with the rules, and we did a couple of things wrong! Its always amazing how I can write rules and not remember them in a game! My only conclusion is that I consider several options and forget which one you chose! I just finished revising the rules and adding the cards we discussed, and I thought of independently after the game, so I think I will be able to release them on our website quite soon. Thanks as always for commenting! |

I love those ruins! Who makes those? I think they are Pegasus, but I may be wrong, I have had them for a long time! |

The Doctor and Professor are Crooked Dice. link The Jamie is top half Crooked dice, bottom half Gripping Beast. Zoe is the old Harlequin Miniatures one I got from E-Bay, The Silurians and Zygons are 3-d prints. auction Some of these figures for Dr Who are harder to find than good Star Wars figures! |

There are some decent options for 28mm Doctor Who Black Tree have a huge range, maybe not state of the art now, and there have been grumbles about slow service, but you dont have to resort to E Bay to get a Zoe. Crooked Dice do a lovely selection, which I hope will grow. You can also find 3d printed sets very economically on Etsy. My 1970s [or is it 1980s?} UNIT troops are from the Gripping Beast Falklands range. |

Ha, you mentioned my bugbear, Black Tree! I ordered about £120.00 GBP worth of Dr Who miniatures from them in October and despite several e-mails have not had a peep from them! |
