The return of the Saturday Motion Picture Serial! A remarkable western story came to the General's attention recently. We are honored to offer it here: link Go to The Dakota Territory today for cowboys, Miss Polly, the Peabody Mine and a Marshall. The story is told in dialogue and images out west. Respectfully, Bill P. Chronicler for The Adventures of General Pettygree |

A right good cliff-hanger there! And the Indians having the bad guy's other son in tow is quite a twist… |

PS: And of course I read Marshall Chance's lines in an appropriate, deep-voiced drawl in my head…

Bill, Cool story as usual. Can't wait to hear more of it. It was also neat to see the trading Post in your photos. It was one of the buildings my mom and dad made before they past away. I still have the full collection of everything they made and use them in my games. |

When I was in the US Army Reserves 30+ years ago, our division's motto was, "Powder River" to which the response was "Le 'er buck." One time while watching a baseball game, after a long home run, the play by play guy said, "Wow he really Powder Rivered that one!" To this day I have no idea whta either meant |

A little searching, and this is what I found to explain the phrase: link I'm still not certain that's exactly clear in meaning, given that the origin appears to be a drunken cowboy. |
