"Problem with Wings of War Forum" Topic

For the past several days I've been getting a notice reading "Database Error. The database ahs encountered a problem. The wingsofwarforum.org forum staff has been notified."

Does anyone know what's happened and how long it will take to fix the problem?

Well, just found my own answer. The URL has been changed. Now located at theaerodrome.com/forum

Had to re-register however.

The Aerodrome had been running a fundraiser for several weeks to try and keep the site running.
I joined the Facebook group link
which seems ok so far.

On there it says they are moving to another service provider and will be up and running as soon as they can.

The old website was becoming increasingly unreliable with ancient software, so Keith made the decision to migrate the site to a new host. There is an update thread on the sails of glory site (The Anchorage). Note that Anchorage shortly be shut down. It will not be migrated to a new hosting service – too costly for the small number of supporters. Instead the new Anchorage will be a sub forum on the migrated Wings forum. The domain name will stay the same. The Aerodrome site you found is a different one. The update thread for Wings on the Sails site:
