What game or rules do you use your collection of 1/72 planes with? I had Mustangs and Messerschmitts back in the day but never played it. It was designed for 1/72 models and there is a group near Sandusky playing it. I may have to do a road trip next year and check it and them out.

stephen m, I wrote my own rules a while ago covering the Nomohan Incident that I called "Red Stars and Rising Suns" I have (very slowly) been expanding it to other areas. You can find the rough draft here link It is similar to "Check Your Six" but I made books of the data that are similar to the cards from "Wings of Glory" but I include altitude and energy. The rules are written for hexes but I have changed my mind and am converting to octagons for movement as is presented here link and here link

I love the pre-war era aircraft. They fly like stunt
plane and look REALLY good. Thank you for posting the gorgeous photos.
