Are there any miniatures made from this classic film?

Or suggested proxies?

For those who might not be familiar:

Starcrash ships:

The Bad guys space base:

The Emperor of the Galaxy's ship (a good guy)

The adventurers' ship:

And there are manta-ray like fighter craft.

This video provides nice details (in Italian).

I do not know of any miniatures or kits of these.
They are rather notorious for being boxes with model sprues glued to the surface. So, perhaps best to scratch build your own. There are (or at least were) miniature spaceship miniatures with a similar feel of being strange shapes with odd details on the surface.

Perhaps a search through some of these might provide a source:

I have never heard of the movie.

Cool. But I meant the heroes themselves.

Hmm. Guy dressed in leathers waving a glowing sword? Scantily-clad woman with SF handweapon?

No. Sorry. Can't imagine where you'd have to look for suitable castings for either one.

The film (dubbed in English) is actually available on Tubi.

I've never seen it, but I recall discussion about it back in the day… and the general consensus was less than favorable. Still, it might have an unintended level of hokeyness… might have to put it on my Tubi list.

Saw that one in the theatres but have never seen minis.

CAROLINE MUNRO!!! In various costumes. Need I say more?

It's stupid yet wonderful.

I've painted up a number of generic sci-fi / fantasy females as Stella Star from this hilarious Star Wars rip-off flick.

Stand by for Inspiration…

Well, I can't find a way to let me post links to images created on my VGI.ME Album. Sorry! I've tried multiple times and failed every one. But google "Star Crash" / Caroline Munro and you'll see what I mean.

Piper has hit on the main or indeed only reason this film is remembered. !Look at Crooked Dice. They actually do a David Hasselhoff Knight Rider figure that could be headswapped to a more futuristic body. For the heroine I'd look there too maybe one of their Austin Powers Fembots with a headswop. I think there may be others that could work from their fantasy range. There are plenty of futuristic villains and infantry Just needs a bit of lateral thinking

The ship models look like early Power Rangers stuff.

I believe that I saw this movie some years ago. Maybe it's time for a rewatch. Tubi, you say? Sounds good.

trying to find a mini for the cackling evil lord Whoeveritwas would be the problem. Fruity hairstyle and all.

Saw it in the theater when it came out and it was truly rubbish but Caroline Munro was decent eye candy…;-)
