Added some extras to my little Schwarze Schar for 1809

First up the single company of Gelernte Jagers the only unit (apart from some Austrian Uhlans the joined the Duke's march to the sea) that didn't wear black in the whole corps. Nice 28mm miniatures from Steve Barber Models.

and secondly the Brunswick horse artillery battery with equipment supplied by Austria the little battery had 2 6pdr guns and 2 howitzers. Crew are 28mm miniatures from Steve Barber models and the guns are from Front Rank.

Nice looking. I like the Austrian guns with the seats on the trail. Excellent ground work too.

The guns supplied to the "Schwarze Schar" in 1809 were taken from one of the Austrian fortresses and thus highly unlikely to have been a "cavalry battery" in the Austrian sense. Your figures, your rules, but personally I would lose the wurst seats.

Very nice work!

Also, I think the artillery had yellow facings (collar only, I suspect, maybe shoulder straps and a trouser stripe).
