damn fine game. Makes me want to get my macedonians and hoplites on the table for a game but alas no players local to me. You must have rolled really badly for a maniple to punch through a phalanx on the charge. 16 Attacks on a 5+ for the Romans should have produced 5 hits and maybe 2-3 kills so the macedonians should have held and after the initial volley of pila the advantage is all the pike boys |
