About 30 years ago, I started my North Africa terrain project using GHQ Terrain Maker. I now have a fair amount of desert terrain tiles including dirt roads and hills.

About 3 years ago, I decided to add some paved roads to represent the coastal road in Libya and also for the Sinai Front when I start gaming the '67 and '73 Wars.

Here are some pictures of my paved road project. I did some research on the coastal road and some Sinai roads to try to be reasonably accurate for game purposes at least.

Wow! Impressive work! Love the modularity of it. Well done. Cheers!

Thank you very much, Sgt Slag!

Very nice! I've always toyed with hex terrain. The modularity seems so cool. New hexes look great.

Thank you very much, Borderguy! I like the hex terrain although it is not to everyone's taste.

Here is a recent picture of a game at Sand Wars. This is a WWII North Africa game but I will use the same terrain pieces for the Sinai region when I game that.
