Only modifier I can find for mud on artillery fire is a -10 on calculating bombardment bouncethrough. Am I right?
Thanks

I believe no bounce through, haven't played a rain game in very long time, did snow once

Rain and Snow can make a battles even more interesting especially if you only fight French, Austrian and Russians from 1809 to 1814.

Would consider 1807 but no Austrians and my French and Russians based for 1809-14.
