I was struggling for a theme for the Hammer Head Show next week, but having watched Indiana Jones it reminded me of the 80's secret base movies so here we are. These are the 1/72 stuff from decades ago scaled to 1/144. It all went well except the Guided missiles, these were very fiddly to make and will not be published. The rest may eventually make it onto Wargames Vault. Is Fold Flat worth it at 1/144? Answer in general for simple stuff yes, as the space saving is still huge but some stuff that is very small no, too fiddly but it does work at this scale.

The barbed wire is somewhat of an artistic compromise but Actual barbed wire for me is a no no, takes up far top much storage room for how often it is used. 3D printed of course, actually a 2 park kit, wire and base, just a lot less hassle to print.

The radar dish seems like it needs to be taller than 1/72 not sure why though.

It looks really good. I bet those enemies want that stealth aircraft!
