The fam and I will be in Rome and Singapore in January and I was looking for up-to-date info on any references or suggestions for good miniature shops, bookstores, museums, etc. in either city. My main interests are historical books/museums/architecture (up to Renaissance), 25mm fantasy/sci-fi (WHFB/AoS, LOTR, WH40K), and 25mm historical (up to Renaissance). I have been to Kinokuniya in Singapore and plan to visit it again. Thanks in advance!

I just got back from Singapore. There is a WH40K heavy place on Orchard street called "?? Pi", I forget the full name. I was impressed with what they had though it was a smallish shop. Search hobby store and it came up easily. There is a historical heavy shop but I didn't have time as it is. It in the city.

Normally, I'd recommend the Battle Box at Singapore. Not in what interests you've listed here, but it's certainly WWII land from your profile.

Thanks both of you for the tips! Robert, I visited the Battle Box the last time we were in Singapore, it was really interesting. Jdpintex, we are staying on Orchard Road so I will look that up!

'Games at Pi' was the name of the store.
