This is an update to an earlier message I added to a few weeks ago about Murawski Miniatures concerning a missing order.

I ordered from Matt Fletcher on Nov 25th 2022. I ordered some Duchy of Warsaw infantry and a Baden Light Dragoon regiment ($175.00 USD).

So today they showed up on Sept 12 2023…..close to 7 months in transit.

So it would seem Mr Fletcher did mail the package on Feb 1st 2023 and the Royal Mail didnt send it along until very recently.

My apologies to Matt

And maybe any other packages are still navigating thru the Royal Mail Maze.

I suspect the "maze" may have been on the other side of the Atlantic . I have had tracked post to Australia leave the UK a day or two after posting and turn up at its destination a couple of months later. I think Customs are often responsible for these sort of delays.
Whatever the cause, glad you received your figures. I have never had dealings with this particular company, although have often admired their figures online.

I do not think he deserves any apologies. His communication is horrible and he promise things he never fulfills. I will never order from such a awful company again

These are nice figures and it is good news they finally arrived. I have all these Murawski miniatures and believe you'll enjoy painting them. I also have their Baden miniatures, except for the Baden Hussars.

Why don't I have the Hussars, one of the most highly regarded Baden units due to their battlefield performance and sacrifice?

Because Murawski will not make them available. I realise this is expensive for a manufacturer to create, so have given up hope Murawski ever will. Piano Wargames states they will do Baden and so guess I'll have to wait to get their Baden Hussars. Time is running out it appears for Murawski due to poor communication and competitive pressures. Sad, because their originator was very good, and their Polish line is excellent.
