Thanks! –
@gavandjosh02 – the rules started as a generic battlefield set but I found at the suggestion of my wargaming friends I morphed them over time to be more Conan-centric, which makes them rather different (especially in Magic) to many currently available sets.

@Bashytubits- There was indeed treasure at the temple, but only in the realm of arcane knowledge, so Maahrok didn't Really lie…!

Fantastic looking game and AAR. The skeletons emerging from the ground were a nice touch.

Great looking game! It reminded me of MANY years ago when I put together a diorama of Conan and Belit as a Christmas present for my youngest brother.

@Mirosav- those skeletons digging themselves out were old Wargames Factory ones. Their Skeleton warriors are very hard to put together but nice when you get them done…mostly! – the best thing about the box was these emerging ones, which no-one else seems to do! I think you could make them reasonably easily if you wanted some…

While you are correct, logic is not Conan's strong suit and when it comes to wizards reason sort of……

It has been so long since I read the Conan stories, did he ever have a wizard he liked?

I think Conan was usually leery of Wizards, though he accepted their help.
Its possible he liked Pelias in 'The Scarlet Citadel'.
In the movies he was friends with Akiro, of course!
