I find it difficult to watch game videos that video the entire game. I want to see and hear what is happening, not all the chatter. Martin (7th Son on youtube) does the best ones I have watched. |

The storyboard suggested looks good, I'd guess that a wargaming audience would want to know a bit about the rules mechanics and how they work for the events in the game. I wonder how a national TV sports program team would cover a wargame as if it was a big sportsball event. I think they would need to talk as much to the players as show the table – asking them what they are doing and think the other guy will do. When non wargamers view conventions with lots of games I tell them not to look at the table but look at the body language of the players and listen to how they interact. db |
